In short, e-liquids are what the atomiser
turns into the vapour which in turn you inhale. A standard tobacco-flavoured
e-liquid is made up of flavourings, water, nicotine and propylene glycol. The
first three of these are household names that most people should be familiar
with, while propylene glycol is an organic compound which can be found in
anything from Angostura bitters, to

What is e-liquid
Familiarising yourself with a completely
new realm of products can be tricky – not least when there are hundreds of
varieties, sub-products, accessories and new terminology. With technical
sounding terminology such as vaporising, atomiser and cartomiser, getting to
grips with e-cigarettes can be quite tricky! A very common question asked by
new Vapers is “what is e-liquid?”
Best Electronic Cigarette in UK: Lavatube VV Mod
The Lavatube is an advanced electronic cigarette which embodies that latest technological innovations in the industry. If you are looking for maximum control at an affordable rate – the may just be the unit you have been searching for. Two things in particular set this sturdily built e-cig apart from its competitors: atomiser compatibility, and easily variable voltage. Not sure what that means in practice?
In terms of atomiser compatibility, the Lavatube comes with the standard 510-threaded connector which works with virtually all standard atomisers and cartomisers. However, it has also been designed to support it being fitted with 510-eGo adapter, allowing you to use skirted eGo-style atomisers with which a standard 510-connector isn’t compatible– offering you access to an unbeatable selection of atomisers from which to choose.
Arguably even more exciting is the control offered by the Lavatube’s variable voltage function, which gives you complete control of the temperature of the vape and ensures that you get the throat hit you are after.

What Is an Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit
“What,
exactly, is an electronic cigarette starter kit? Do I need a complete kit, or
can I just buy a cigarette and get cracking?” These are common questions
amongst novice vapers. The fact that they are referred to in the industry as
starter kits make some people think that they may include a lot of
paraphernalia that isn’t strictly needed to get going – but that’s not the
case. A starter kit is so called because it contains everything you need to get
going, and nothing else. You’re not being sold a lot of extra thingamajigs and
doodahs that you don’t need. Rather, a starter kit represents the bare minimum
of what require in order to start vaping. There are a lot of other accessories
available on the market, such as cases and drip tips, and while they can
improve your experience but they aren’t strictly needed to start vaping.
So what
does a standard starter kit include?

How I Quit Smoking Habit With Electronic Cigarette
Quitting
your smoking habit is one of the most difficult things you can undertake – can
I have an “Amen!” from my fellow smokers? – and most of us will try 5, 10, 15
times before we actually succeed. That is if
we succeed at all. I certainly didn’t the first 10 odd times I tried (and
that’s only the attempts I care to remember; there have been countless other
halfhearted attempts that failed after half a day, and those I would rather
repress).
I was
basically your average smoker, with a habit that would range anywhere from 10
to 15 cigarettes during the course of a normal day. While I loved my
cigarettes, I certainly didn’t love the coughing, lack of energy, yellow
fingernails, yellowing teeth and social stigma that came with them. My attempts
to quit were always – well, the serious once were always – accompanied by a
plethora of aids to help me in the process. You name it, I’ve tried it: I have
a rather sizable box of failures full of
nicotine plasters, nicotine chewing gums, quit smoking books and
audiotapes, receipts from therapists (who, I am pretty sure, got their
qualifications by mail order), even new age style rings and necklaces that were
supposed to help (worth a shot, right?) – needless to say, none of it worked.
Ever.
Some of
them worked better for me than others. Both plasters and gums worked for a
short while, but at the end of the day it’s not just the nicotine that you miss
when you quit smoking. To me both the social (chatting away with fellow smokers)
and physical (having something in your hands; the feeling of the smoke as you
inhale) elements to smoking were important. None of my quit smoking-aids could
fulfill those roles, which is a big part of the reason why they didn’t work.
So as a
seasoned smoker of ten odd years I wasn’t, in all honesty, particularly
convinces that this new electronic cigarette “fad” would help me either. Having tried
virtually everything else, though, I figured I’d give them a shot – imagine my
surprise when they actually worked!
Not only do you get the taste, but you still get the smoke feel and physical
feeling of holding something in your hand as well. As for the social aspect,
that’s still there too, but better – I’m no longer limited to chatting with
fellow smokers outside, but can stroll into the break room at work and chat to
whoever is there, whenever I fancy it (boss allowing!) An added bonus is that I
no longer have to go outside, which is ruddy nice in the winter, let me tell
you. That’s not even going in to the financial side of things, and the fact
that I’m actually saving well over a grand on my smoking habit every year! You can read more about benefits of vaping electronic cigarette here.

11 Biggest Benefits Of Vaping E Cigarette!
Kicking your cigarette habit is a big decision for any smoke, so there’s little wonder that the Internet is rapidly overflowing with questions such as “what are the benefits of vaping?” and “why is vaping better than smoking?” and the classic “why should I change to electronic cigarettes?”
These are all highly valid questions, of course, and it would almost seem foolish not to ask them – after all, you’re going from one smoking habit to another, so on the face of it there’s basically no difference, right? Wrong. I decided to write this article a while back, but couldn’t decide how to approach it. What should I include? What shouldn’t I? In the end, I came to a simple conclusion: the best way to go around it is to collate all the positive feedback I’ve heard from converted smokers to date, so that’s exactly what I’ve done.
When talking (chatting, e-mailing, you get the idea!) to customers and other people who’ve made the move from tobacco to e-cigs, the most startling thing has been the sheer number of positive effects that they report. Many of them I knew about and had thought of myself when I made the move, of course, but many have been novel as well.
I know lists aren’t the most exciting thing in the world to read, but if I were to write a witty couple of sentences for each advantage, well, we’d be here all day son:
• Health – e-cigarettes, unlike their wild west counterparts, don’t contain tar, which is the most dangerous element in a traditional cigarette (see for instance: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tar_(tobacco_residue );
• Health – several e-cigarette smokers, or vapers as they’re called, report that they no longer suffer nasty phlegmy coughs (this could again be linked to the tar);
• Health – many smokers suffer shortness of breath when carrying out strenuous exercise (or sometimes just walking up stairs), as well as an inability to hold their breath for a prolonged period of time (e.g. when diving) – both of which are problems that e-cigarette smokers have found to decrease and eventually cease completely;
• Health – linked to the shortness of breath is a lack of energy, both in day-to-day life and when exercising, which represents another area of improvement reported by many convertees;
• Health/appearance – no more yellow fingernails;
• Health/appearance – while smokers often put on weight when they try to quit, this does not appear common with e-cigarette smokers;
• Health/appearance – no more stained teeth or yellow tongue;
• Health/appearance – no more foul smelling clothes, cars, and furniture;
• Daily life – no need to crack the car window open to puff smoke out, which is a nice little bonus in the cold of winter;
• Daily life – no more frustration at not being able to find a lighter;
• Money – this is a biggie, as an average smoker can save in excess of £1000 per year if they swap over to e-cigarettes (based on a 10 a day smoking habit).
Puh! Quite the list, and without wanting to sound like a 50’s door-to-door vacuum salesman (you wouldn’t believe how much time this will save you, mam, it will change your life!), the benefits really do keep coming in. By all means, don’t feel you have to take my word for it – even a quick search will bring back page upon page of benefits.

This Is A Guide For Those Who Are New To The World Of E-Cigarettes
I’m not going to delve into the pros and cons of e-cigarettes in this particular article, but you may be interested to know that a lot of smokers experience considerable advantages when changing to e-cigarettes. These are both social (you can smoke anywhere), health based (e-cigarettes contain no tar, for instance), and financial (e-cigarettes can be a real money saver).
Please note, however, that electronic cigarettes are not suitable for anyone below the legal smoking age in your particular country.
Please note, however, that electronic cigarettes are not suitable for anyone below the legal smoking age in your particular country.
As a new vaper - that’s what people who smoke e-cigarettes are commonly called, while the act of using one is often referred to as “vaping” - your best option is to go for a starter kit. There are quite a few different models to go for, and each may come with a slightly different set of items. What they all, generally speaking, have in common is that they come with batteries, an atomizer and a few cartridges (or cartomizers, which are combined atomizers and cartridges), a charger and in some cases some e-liquid (often called e-juice). If the package you go for contains e-liquid, that’s all you will need to get started – if it doesn’t, you will need to pick up a bottle of that as well.
There are plenty of e-liquids to choose from and several different producers with varying strengths and flavours, much as with traditional cigarettes. Those of you who have previously smoked cigarettes will probably opt for standard Tobacco or perhaps Menthol flavour to start with – but it’s worthwhile noting that other flavours range from coffee, to tiramisu, to various fruit and berry flavours, and vanilla, to name but a few. A lot of converted smokers are surprised to find that they enjoy these as a change, so it may be worth giving them a shot if they intrigue you.
Now! Once you have your starter kit and e-liquid, all you have to do is assemble your cigarette. The process of doing this will vary depending on make and model, but generally speaking there are between two, three or five components to be screwed together:
General Electronic Cigarette Structure |
• Two-component e-cigarettes consist of a cartomizer and a base unit which holds the battery, simply put the two together and turn it on.
• Three-component e-cigarettes consist of a base unit and a separate atomizer and cartridge.
• Five-component e-cigarettes are basically very similar to three-component ones, with the difference that you have to assemble the base-unit (consisting of a battery, base, head and cone) yourself.
While the latter in particular may sound complicated, the e-cigarettes come with clear assembly instructions and the parts can only really fit together in one way – making it easy as pie to get going. The advantage of a three- or five-component set-up is that replacing the cartridges is a bit cheaper, owing to the fact that you don’t have to replace the atomizer whenever you change your cartridge.
